- Develop a plan for spending to address maintenance and infrastructure first.
- Work towards getting the city a bond rating so we can borrow long term for major projects.
- I have experience managing small businesses and large companies and their finances. I can take action on building a Capital Investment Plan. Kings Mountain has never had one.
GET A STRATEGIC PLAN IN PLACE
- A strategic plan is a guiding plan for the future. Every other city has this plan, we do not.
- While we work on fixing what we have, we need to develop a plan for maintaining our infrastructure in the future.
- Develop a strategic plan to account for growth that is inevitable.
- Understand how we support our priorities like fixing downtown, doing streetscape or building community.
